Recipe Ingredients for Morning Egg Scramble

3 large eggs
1 tbsp cottage cheese
1 tbsp basil leaves
2 cherry tomatoes
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp milk, nonfat
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 dash salt
1 dash black pepper

Recipe Directions for Morning Egg Scramble

  1. rub pan with a smashed clove of garlic and then add oil and heat.

  2. whisk together all ingredients until foamy

  3. Add to pan and lower heat. Push egg mixture with spatula to build a curd and then leave it to cook for two minutes on medium heat.

  4. serve immediately
