1 medium raw Mango
0.5 serving kroger greek nonfat yogurt
4 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries
1 tbsp Flax Oil Lignan
1 cup Mighty Mango Antioxidant Smoothie
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
