Makes 6 servings



Dump 1/2 gallon of skim milk in your crockpot and put it on low for 2 1/2 hours. Turn if OFF and unplug it, leave it with the lid on for 3 hours. Put one 4oz Activia fat free vanilla in the crockpot and wisk. Put the lid back on and wrap the whole crockpot in a towel. In the morning, use a stick blender to mix your batch of yogurt with the additional ingredients in the recipe. Should make 6 16oz servings.

68 ounces
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 bananas
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 level scoops
6 tsp

  1. Make yogurt as directed above.

  2. Combine the remaining ingredients (in the crockpot) and blend until smooth with a stick blender.
