Recipe Ingredients for Morning Bratkartoffeln

6 oz Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
0.5 cup Egg Beaters
3 oz Onions
1 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic
0.5 oz Coriander Leaves

Recipe Directions for Morning Bratkartoffeln

Wash and take out any eyes in the potatoes. Cut and quarter small tiny potatoes . Heat Oil in frying pan and add the chopped Onions. Fry til glazed Turn to low and add potatoes. Fry until done.Chop cilantro and add to potato mixture. Add the Egg Beaters and serve hot.
