Recipe Ingredients for Morning boost

1/2 grapefruit
1 red apple
1/8 c broccoli
1 tomato
1 nectarine
1/8 red onion
2 Brussels sprouts
2 beet leaves
1 scoop protein powder

Recipe Directions for Morning boost

Juice all fruits and vegetables, with core and seeds removed. Blend 1 scoop protein powder (thats my addition) into the juice and pour into a 24 oz glass. Makes 24 oz.
