Finally, a not-so-disgusting smoothy to drink in the morning for a great, natural energy boost!

Recipe Ingredients for Morning Boost Health Smoothy

1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
1 banana, frozen
1 cup apple juice
1/2 tsp ginger, powdered
1/2 tsp cinnamon, powdered
1/4 tsp nutmeg, powdered
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp honey, raw
1/4 cup egg white (substitute)
2 tbsp wheat germ
2 tbsp flax seed

Recipe Directions for Morning Boost Health Smoothy

  1. Add all of the listed ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a TALL glass. As a side note, this recipe makes 24 ounces.

  3. Enjoy!
