This is really tasty and perfect for many dishes. I use it to marinate my tofu for a stir-fry. I'm picky about how I'll eat tofu, I'm not a vegetarian but I like the fact that it's high in protein- gives some vegetarian dishes substance but I've been known to mix tofu with an egg...so please no offence intended to the vegetarian's out there.

Recipe Ingredients for Mori-Nu Tofu Marinade Recipe

6 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp honey
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp ginger
1/2 tsp sesame oil
3 garlic cloves (roasted)

Recipe Directions for Mori-Nu Tofu Marinade Recipe

  1. Mix all your ingrediants and poor over bite sized pieces of Tofu - I love Mori-Nu Silken Tofu Extra Firm. Really the best out there.

  2. Place the dish in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.

  3. You can then use the tofu for a stir fry with various veggies.

  4. But if you have the time, let the tofu cool, put it in the fridge overnight (gets even tastier) and then use it for breakfast. In a blender, mix tofu with 1 egg until smooth. Poor mixture over 1/2 cup of (almost cooked) broccoli to make a scramble or omellette. Add 2 tbsp of grated cheese and you've got yourself an awesome breakfast!
