Recipe Ingredients for More Minestrone Soup

2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.25 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage
1 tbsp Tomato Products
1.5 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
1 cube Vegetable Bouillon
1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
0.75 bunch Spinach
2 cup Beans, Snap, Green
1 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin
1.5 cup Beans

Recipe Directions for More Minestrone Soup

  1. Place celery, onions, carrots, beans,snap,green, in a pot and cook for 10 mins.

  2. Add cabbage, tomato products, tomatoes, crushed, canned, potatoes, Russet, Flesh and peel, and vegetable bouillon along with 6 cups of water.

  3. When water is boiling ass beans, spinach, and rice, brown, medium-grain, cooked. Cook for another 10 minutes and then turn off heat and let cool.
