Recipe Ingredients for Mor Kuzhambu - 1/2 cup serving

0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, Plain, Skim Milk, 13 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
1 serving Sambar powder
2 oz Peppers
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup slices Okra
2 tabs Frozen Grated Coconut
1 serving Kirkland Olive oil - 1 tbsp

Recipe Directions for Mor Kuzhambu - 1/2 cup serving

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a deep sauce pan.

  2. Add raw cut okras and saute for 3 min.

  3. Add yogurt, turmeric powder and 3 cups of water. Grind currypowder, coconut, chillie peppers in to a smooth paste.

  4. Add the masala paste to the yogurt and let everything boil for 7 to 8 min.

  5. Add salt to taste.

  6. Garnish with roasted mustard seeds, curry leaves and cilantro.

  7. Serve with rice or quinoa or as a side for indian tiffin.
