Moose's Sugarless Oatmeal Cookies-Big

Recipe Ingredients for Moose's Sugarless Oatmeal Cookies

1 cup butter
1 cup Splenda brown sugar
1/2 cup Splenda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
160 g oatmeal
1 1/2 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Moose's Sugarless Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat Together butter or margarine with sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour, baking soad, spices and salt, mix well. Taste batter to see if you think you have enough spices in it. Stir in oats, cranraisins, raisins and nuts.

  2. These cookies are meant to be big. Drop by big spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

  3. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet. Remove to wire rack or waxed paper. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
