Recipe Ingredients for Moose stew #1

2 lbs venison, diced
10 cups water
3 medium potatos, diced
1/3 cup onion, chopped
2 medium carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 turnip, chopped
14 1/2 oz tomatoes
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp season salt
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic, crushed

Recipe Directions for Moose stew #1

  1. Serving size 2 cups

  2. Saute moose in 1 tsp olive oil untill cooked through

  3. Add 2 cups of water and 1 tsp salt and boil covered for 30 minuites.

  4. Add remaining ingredients except tomatoes and simmer covered, stirring occationally, untill potatoes are tender.

  5. Add tomatoes, stir

  6. Remove from heat and enjoy!
