Recipe Ingredients for Moong Dal Curry

1 cup chickpeas
1 tbsp oil
1 cup chopped carrots
1 large onion
1 large tomato
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Recipe Directions for Moong Dal Curry

  1. Pressure cook whole beans in water

  2. Fry oil, chopped onion and tomato to paste

  3. Add salt and 1 tbsp curry powder

  4. Add cooked beans and bring the mixture to boil
