Recipe Ingredients for Moong dal chilla (with pureed peppers)

1 cup split yellow lentil
1 1/2 cup green pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
6 tsp oil

Recipe Directions for Moong dal chilla (with pureed peppers)

  1. 1. Soak lentils for 3 hours until they are very very soft

  2. 2. Grind the lentil to a smooth batter with very little water

  3. 3. Wash and grind peppers

  4. 4. Mix peppers with lentils. Add salt, paprika

  5. 5. Spread a spoonful of batter on a pan

  6. 6. Spray oil around it

  7. 7. Cook it and then gently flip it over.

  8. 8. Turn it and serve
