Moo Yang Ta-Krai (Lemon Grass Pork Chops)

Recipe Ingredients for Moo Yang Ta-Krai (Lemon Grass Pork Chops)

4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tbs sugar
2 tbs fish sauce
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs whiskey
2 tbs lemon grass, chopped
1 tbs green onion, chopped
2 tbs coconut milk
16 oz pork loin

Recipe Directions for Moo Yang Ta-Krai (Lemon Grass Pork Chops)

  1. Mix together the marinade then thoroughly combine with the pork (cld use pork chops instead of loin).

  2. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.

  3. Broil or grill the meat over charcoal for 8 minutes on each side (or until done).

  4. If grilled, keep moist with sauce from marinade.

  5. Serve with sweet and sour sauce or other dip.
