Shredded meat, cabbage and veggies served in pancake or soft flour tortilla. Serve with choice of Hoisin or Plum Sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Moo Shu Pork

6 cups cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrot, shredded
2 cups snow peas
2 tbsp fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic
10 oz. pork
3/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Moo Shu Pork

Marinate pork in Liquids. Shred all veggies, in hot wok cook marinate meat then add veggies cooking only until just starting to turn soft, beat egg and add at the last minute tossing to combine. Serve on pancake with Plum sauce.
