Roy: I just brown pork with garlic add the rest of the ingredients except hoisin sauce & serve loose mix on tortillas shell.

Recipe Ingredients for Moo Shu Pork Pockets

1 lb ground pork
2 cups cabbage, shredded
1 pinch cayenne pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 gingersnap cookies, crushed
1/4 cup soy sauce
8 flour tortillas
66 grams Hoisin Sauce

Recipe Directions for Moo Shu Pork Pockets

  1. In bowl, combine pork, cabbage, cayenne pepper, garlic, gingersnap cookies and soy sauce. Form mixture into 6 oblong patties.

  2. Heat a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan. Cook patties 7 minutes on each side or until patty is no longer pink.

  3. Heat tortillas on a non-stick surface over high heat 30 seconds on each side. Paint tortillas with hoisin sauce, leaving a 1-inch rim. Pile shredded mixed veggies in center of tortilla and top with cooked pork patty.

  4. Fold the tortilla up on all four sides and wrap burger in a square package. Invert pork pocket and cut on the diagonal.

  5. Toppings: shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, fresh bean sprouts and thinly sliced green onions
