Tasty lightened chinese meal...could be a 6 serving dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Moo Shu Chicken

16 oz chicken breast
6 tbsp soy sauce, low salt
2 tsp cornstarch
4 tsp olive oil
4 medium scallions
6 garlic cloves
4 tbsp white wine
4 c. napa cabbage
2/3 c. straw mushrooms
2 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Moo Shu Chicken

  1. Place chicken in med bowl, add 2 Tbsp. soy sauce and cornstarch. Stir to coat.

  2. Heat oilin lg skillet. Add scallions and garlic, saute 1 minute. Add chicken and cook until done. Add remaining soy sauce and sherry, cook 1 min.

  3. Add cabbage, mushrooms (may also add 2/3 c. bamboo). Saute about 5 min. Stir in egg whites, cook 2 more min.

  4. Serve on tortilla. Spread 2 Tb. hoisin on tortilla, then mixture.
