The origonal recipe listed 8 pieces of lavash style bread but that can be hard to find. You can use any light or low carb tortillas carried in your grocery store

Recipe Ingredients for Moo Shu Chicken

8 low carb tortilla
12 oz broccoli slaw
1 mushrooms, canned (8 oz)
6 oz chicken,raw
1/2 cup bamboo shoots
1 cup bean sprouts
3 tbs low sodium soy sauce
3 tbs seasoned rice vinegar
1 tsp garlic
2 tbs hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for Moo Shu Chicken

Combine soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, cornstarch and pepper (this makes the moo shu sauce), set aside. Coat a wok or large skillet with cooking spray and bring to medium/high heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink. Add broccoli slaw, bamboo shoots, sprouts and moo shu sauce to skillet and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until sauce thickens. Remove from heat. Slice wraps in half and spoon in 1/3 moo shu,top with 1/2 hoisin sauce
