1 1/2 lb. tilapia
1 t. Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/2 t. paprika

Recipe Directions for Montreal Tilapia

  1. Heat oven to 450. Spray glass baking dish with no-calorie cooking spray. Pat tilapia dry with paper towels, spray with no-calorie butter flavored cooking spray. Sprinkle with paprika & seasoning.

  2. Bake 17-19 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.
