Recipe Ingredients for Montessori Muffins

2 cup Flour
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Prunes
1 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 serving Molasses
1.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Montessori Muffins

Preheat oven to 400. Combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt and prunes in a bowl. Stir together egg, oil, molasses and milk in another bowl. Combine the mixtures, mixing just until blended. Spoon into a greased 12 cup muffin tin. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
