Recipe Ingredients for Monster Greek Salad

590 grams Cucumber
628 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
300 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
476 grams Onion Red
250 grams Greek Olives
330 grams Feta Cheese
40 grams Vinegar balsamic
100 grams Zesty Italian Dressing

Recipe Directions for Monster Greek Salad

  1. Chop one or two long English cucumbers, three large tomatoes, three green bell peppers, and two medium red onions. Place in an over-sized bowl for tossing.

  2. Crumble feta, drain olives, and add to vegetables.

  3. In a small bowl, mix prepared dressing with extra vinegar (or lemon juice) pour dressing over vegetables and toss.

  4. Transfer salad to glass bowl, cover tightly with cling wrap and refrigerate until needed.

  5. This salad will keep for several days, particularly if extra vinegar is added and salad is stirred occasionally.
