Recipe Ingredients for Monkey Shake

1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 banana
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cocoa
1 ice cube

Recipe Directions for Monkey Shake

  1. Put ice cube in blender until chopped

  2. Mash the banana

  3. Add all ingredients to blender

  4. Blend for 30 seconds on low
