Also called in some places pull-apart bread, this is a wonderful and easy dessert.

Recipe Ingredients for Monkey Bread

30 biscuit (2-1/2" dia) Biscuits, Plain Or Buttermilk, Refrigerated Dough, Higher Fat, Baked
6 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 stick Butter
0.5 cup, packed Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Monkey Bread

  1. Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a medium bowl or pan.

  2. Flatten the biscuits and rip each one into 3-4 pieces. Roll each piece in the cinnamon/sugar mixture.

  3. Drop the biscuit pieces evenly into a lightly greased bundt pan.

  4. Melt the butter, then add the brown sugar to make a thick syrup. Pour the mixture over the biscuits.

  5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a dark golden brown.
