Recipe Ingredients for Monkey Bread

15 biscuits
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons smart balance

Recipe Directions for Monkey Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.

  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon.

  3. Cut biscuits into quarters. Roll each quarter in sugar mixture and toss in pan.

  4. Melt smart balance and mix with remaining sugar mixture. Pour over balls in pan.

  5. Bake for 20-30 mins. Cool bread in pan 5-10 mins. Invert onto serving plate.

  6. Serve warm.
