Makes 1 serving



Mix with 1 cup of ice if fruit isn't frozen. Use whatever fruit on hand. I try and stick with berries such as black or blueberry.

1 tablespoons Chia Seed
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tbsp Organic Raw Maca Powder
1 cup Spinach
1 cup raw Blackberries
1 small (2" dia) (approx 5 per lb) Peaches
1 scoops True Vitality Plant Protein Shake
