another twist to my mongolian stir fry rice, this time its all veggies! yum!

Recipe Ingredients for Mongolian stir fry rice (all vegetables)

1 cup cooked white rice
2 tsp sesame oil
30 g. bean sprouts
30 g. string beans, chopped
40 g. carrots, sliced thinly
40 g. chinese cabbage, chopped
2 1/2 oz oyster sauce

Recipe Directions for Mongolian stir fry rice (all vegetables)

  1. heat wok with olive oil

  2. stir fry all vegetables

  3. pur in half of the oyster sauce

  4. add rice

  5. add half of the oyster sauce

  6. serve hot
