Make this simple meatloaf in muffin cups

Recipe Ingredients for Monday Meatloaf

1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 egg
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp apple jelly
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Monday Meatloaf

  1. Combine ground beef, onion, oatmeal and egg together. Mix until mixture holds together.

  2. Divide it amongst 10 muffin cups.

  3. Melt the apple jelly and mixt it with remaining ingredients. Spread 1 tsp over each mini loaf to glaze it.

  4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

  5. Makes 10
