Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Zuchinni

1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup baking soda
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup zuchinni
1/4 cup walnut

Recipe Directions for Mom's Zuchinni

  1. Grease and flour 8x4 inch pan.

  2. preheat over to 325 F (165 degreese C)

  3. Sift flour, salt, baking soda, baking soda, together in a bowl.

  4. Beat eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar together in a large bowl add sifted ingredients to the creamed mixture, and beat well. Stir in zucchini and nuts until well combined. Pour batter into prepared pans.

  5. Bake 40-60 minutes or until tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack for 20 minutes. Remove bread pan and completey cool.
