Recipe Ingredients for Mom's zuchinni bread

3 cup Organics All Purpose Flour Unbleached
384 grams Sugar
99 grams Egg, White
2 large raw Zucchini
3 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Mom's zuchinni bread

  1. beat eggs and stir in brown sugar, zuchinni and vanilla extract

  2. combine all other ingredients and add to zuchinni mixture

  3. place in one large greased loaf pan.

  4. bake at 325 degrees for 1-1.5 hours or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry
