Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Vegetable Soup

16 oz beef
28 oz diced tomatoes
32 oz Mixed Vegetables
8 potatoes
14 oz tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Mom's Vegetable Soup

  1. Cut beef into 1" cubes and brown in water

  2. Chop potatoes into 1" cubes and add to browned beef

  3. Add all remaining ingredients

  4. Simmer at least one hour, but longer is better
