Low sodium, southern veggie soup. Cooked without salt, add salt to taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Vegetable Soup

30 oz. diced tomatoes (15 oz canns with liquid)
1 1/2 c. potatoes
1 1/2 c. cut green beans, frozen
1 c. corn
1 c. diced onion
8 oz. lima beans
2 c water
1/8 c raw sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
3 c. water

Recipe Directions for Mom's Vegetable Soup

  1. Dice potatoes and onions

  2. Add with all other ingredients to a large pot.

  3. Bring to boil and turn down to low and simmer til potatoes are tender.
