Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Vegetable Casserole

1 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbs garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Mom's Vegetable Casserole

  1. Use Frozen Vegetables. Defrost and Drain.

  2. Beat Eggs.

  3. Mix all ingredients except Parmesan Cheese

  4. Grease 9x13 or casserole pan.

  5. Put vegetable mixture in pan.

  6. Top with Parmesan Cheese

  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
