Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Turkey Meatloaf

20 oz Ground Turkey
0.38 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
2 fl oz Vanilla
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
3 tbsp Egg Substitute
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
4 oz Tomato Sauce No Salt Added

Recipe Directions for Mom's Turkey Meatloaf

Preheat to 350. Stir together oats and milk. Thinly slice 1/4of onion and set aside. Finely chop rest of onion. In a large bowl combine turkey, oat mixture, chopped onion, bell peppers, eggs, worcestershire, ketchup, salt and pepper. Mix just until combined. Transfer mixture to 8x8 inch baking dish and shape into 4 mini loaves. Pour the tomato sauce over teh meatloaves and sprinkle with sliced onions. Bake for about an hour or until the instant read thermometer registers 160 degrees F. Remove and let rest for about 10 minutes.
