A spicier turkey chili by my mom. Potatoes added to absorb salt from canned items.

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Turkey Chili

1/2 lb green onion, chopped
1 lb yellow onion, chopped
1 lb green bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp minced garlic

41 3/5 oz ground turkey
28 oz tomato, canned, crushed
40 1/2 oz chili beans
12 oz black beans

Recipe Directions for Mom's Turkey Chili

  1. Toss vegetables and garlic into large pot and heat. Add 1-2 cups water to keep from sticking.

  4. Cook, stirring occasionally.

  5. Pour in water as necessary.
