Recipe Ingredients for Mom's trukey pot pie

2 pillsbury pie crust, already rolled
1 cups turkey, dark and light pieces
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup asparagus
2 cups mixed vegetables

Recipe Directions for Mom's trukey pot pie

Pre-heat oven to 350. Put 1 pastry shell in dish. Mix mushrrom soup, milk and turkey in bowl, add vegetables. Place turkey vegetable mix in pastry lined dish and cover with the remaining pastry. Bake in oven approximately 45 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. This makes a good hearty meal for 4 - 6 people.
