Quick and easy Teriyki Chicken and Veggie Stir Fry

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Teriyaki Chicken and fresh Veggies

2 lbs chicken breast
2 cups snow peas
1 cup carrots
1 cup red peppers
1 cup mushrooms
2 cup broccoli
6 cups steamed white rice
2 tbs cornstarch
2 tbs water
1 cup sugar
1 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
3 clove garlic
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Mom's Teriyaki Chicken and fresh Veggies

Start rice. Make sauce and boil unti thick, (all ingredients except chicken and veggies) set aside. Cut chicken and when mostly cooked, add veggies and lid to pan. Cook and stir until no longer pink. Add sauce and enjoy.
