2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 cup 2% Milk
4.5 tsp Baking Powder
8 serving Shortening
0.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Moms Tea Biscuits

  1. cut dry ingredients into shortening untill it looks like oatmeal-ish, make a well in the middle, pour in milk, and lightly mix together. Do not over mix, you will get tough biscuits.

  2. knead a couple times if really sticky, and roll out to 1/2" thickness, cut out and bake at 425 for 12-15 mins
