Mom's Tacos with Oil & Vinegar Dressing

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Tacos

1/2 serving ( 1.5 oz ) Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
0.08 medium head Iceberg Lettuce
1/10 cup slices Radishes
1/10 cup, chopped Onions
3/20 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 serving Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tortillas 6" Yellow Corn Tortillas 24ct
1/4 oz Fancy Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Mom's Tacos

  1. Cook Meat with some onions & Drain excess fat

  2. Mix Taco Seasoning

  3. Mix Salad (lettuce, radishes, onions, oil and vinegar)

  4. Fry Taco Shells in Oil and pat dry with paper towel

  5. Serve - add cheese to top if desired.
