Mom's Stuffing Recipe

Mom's stuffing. About as satisfying as it gets. :)

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's stuffing

1 cup butter
2 cups chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 tbsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
12 cups white bread, toasted and cubed
1 cup 1% milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Mom's stuffing

Saute onion and celery in butter 10 minutes. Stir in parsley, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Add mix to bread cubes and mix well. Combine milk and eggs and add to bread cubes. Mix well and add broth as needed. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
