Easy stuffed mushroom caps make a great appetizer. (Note: you can also use this stuffing in hollowed out tomatoes for soemthing a little different!).

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's stuffed mushrooms

20 medium mushrooms
2 tbsp margarine
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp soya sauce
1/4 cup white wine

Recipe Directions for Mom's stuffed mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven to 300F

  2. Remove stems from mushrooms and brush caps with margarine

  3. Mix together remaining ingredients

  4. Fill mushroom caps with breadcrumb mixture

  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes until mushrooms are tender

  6. **Be careful - they're HOT**
