Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Stuffed Manicotti

8 oz manicotti
24 oz spaghetti sauce
3/4 lb ground beef
8 oz mozzarella cheese
12 oz spinach souffle

Recipe Directions for Mom's Stuffed Manicotti

  1. blend cheese with thawed spinach souffle

  2. mix sauce with ground beef & add water for soupy texture

  3. stuff manicotti shells with cheese and spinach mixture

  4. place stuff shells in a long glass baking dish

  5. pour spaghetti sauce over shells

  6. cover baking dish with foil

  7. bake in a 375 degree oven for 1 hour
