Mom's standard stir fry. soo yummy

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's stirfry

3 tbsp hoisin sauce
3 tbsp teryaki sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp garlic
1 1/2 cup onion
1 3/4 cup carrot
1 1/2 cup celery
2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup baby corn
1 cup bamboo shoots
1 cup water chestnuts
2 oz peanuts

Recipe Directions for Mom's stirfry

  1. chop onion, slice celery, cut carrots and broccoli into thick pieces. slice water chestnuts in half, baby corn in 3rds or 4ths

  2. add onion, olive oil and garlic first. add sauces, stiring often.

  3. add rest of chopped carrot, celery, broccoli. stir often for 5-7 minutes. add asian veggies. cook additional 5 minutes or untill carrots are slightly soft but still crunchy in center. add peanuts and serve
