Only the best sauce in the world! My adaptation, however.

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Spaghetti Sauce

16 oz ground beef
2 cups Classico marinara sauce
8 oz tomato paste
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp chili pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Mom's Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Brown the beef with garlic powder OR garlic salt

  2. Grill onion with beef (cut into small pieces)

  3. Add can of tomato paste, can of water, tomato sauce

  4. Add Italian seasoning (1 tsp), picante, chili powder

  5. Simmer--watery enough that it can boil, don't cook until thick

  6. If you have no tomato paste, don't add italian seasoning, just add sauce and a little water to steam with meat

  7. Simmer for 1/2 hour ish
