Recipe Ingredients for mom's spaghetti

18 oz beef ground (24 oz raw meat)
17 oz celery chopped
10 oz onion chopped
3 oz bell pepper
1 T thyme
26 oz. tomato soup
16 oz mushrooms, canned

Recipe Directions for mom's spaghetti

Brown beef. Drain grease. In a large pot, add all ingredients except mushrooms. When vegetables are transparent add mushrooms. Let sauce thicken a little and serve over spaghetti.
