lower cal version of pumpkin pie made with Splenda, Egg Beaters and no crust

Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Pumpkin Pie sans Crust

1/2 cup Splenda no calorie
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1/4 cup egg whites

Recipe Directions for Mom's Pumpkin Pie sans Crust

  1. mix all together except for the egg whites

  2. beat egg whites and add them into mixture before putting in pie plate

  3. spray glass pie plates with canola spray and put mixture into pie plate

  4. oven 450 for first 20 minutes...turn down to 300 for about 30 minutes until mixture is set in the middle

  5. serves 6....if adding whipped topping or ice cream, nutrient values need to be added on
