8 baked potatos
4 green onions
1/2 cups green pepper
1 cups english cucumber
1 cup radishes
5 hard boiled eggs
16 oz fat free cottage cheese
4 oz fat free sour cream
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for moms potato salad

  1. Dice vegetables to desired size

  2. mix all together

  3. chill at least 1 hr prior to serving
