Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Pork Chop Casserole

28 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
10 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
15 oz Cut Green Beans
12 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

Recipe Directions for Mom's Pork Chop Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Lightly coat pork chops with olive oil and bread using panko breadcrumbs. Brown in skillet over medium heat.

  3. Thinly slice potatoes after rinsing, and place in shallow baking dish. Combine with cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 can of water, and drained can of green beans. Add salt and pepper to taste, and stir.

  4. Top with browned pork chops. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
