Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cups peanut butter
1 cups sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Mom's Peanut Butter Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients. Roll dough into walnut size balls. Place balls on non-stick cookie sheet. Flatten gently with a fork in a criss-cross pattern. Bake 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Makes 24, 3 inch cookies.
