Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Pancakes - Vegan with Choccolate Chips

1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
8 oz (1 cup) unsweetened almond breeze 101653
15 g margarine 120800
6 tbsp sweetened apple sauce 91633
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup wheat germ
10 g margarine 120800

Recipe Directions for Mom's Pancakes - Vegan with Choccolate Chips

  1. Melt 15g margarine.

  2. Slowly whisk in almond milk.

  3. Stir in apple sauce and sugar.

  4. Separately, mix flour, baking powder and wheat germ.

  5. Stir in to wet mix.

  6. Stir in chocolate chips.

  7. Pan fry in pancake size dollops in melted 5g or margarine - 2 batches of 4 in a large frying pan.
