Recipe Ingredients for Mom's Oriental Chicken Salad

1 1/2 cups chicken breast, diced
1 oz sesame seeds
2 oz slivered almonds
1/2 head cabbage
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1/4 cup canola oil
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Mom's Oriental Chicken Salad

  1. Chop cabbage small.

  2. Toast sesame seeds, almonds and a package of crumbled Ramen noodles (save the flavor packet.

  3. Add all ingredients except oil, vinegar and sugar.

  4. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar and flavor packet from Ramen. Shake well, then toss to coat salad.
